Shout out to instagram! That’s where I saw reels of this place. I had to go! I drove an hour, and it was definitely worth the drive. Customer service was great and the food was amazing. The pork bun is a 10/10. Definitely will go again

Went here for dinner with my boyfriend, I got the downtown without soup lvl 1 spice and he got the original without soup lvl 3 (standard spice). I have a pretty low spice tolerance (i usually order mild at most places) and the lvl 1 was a perfect amount of spicy for flavor without making my tongue so numb i couldn’t enjoy what i was eating, but i may try lvl 2 next time for a good kick. My boyfriend really enjoyed the standard lvl 3 but needed to buy an extra drink (we tried the jasmine tea with foam) about halfway through his meal. In his exact words “Its soooo good but my mouth is totally numb” The waitress recommended the “without soup” to really get the flavors of the dish and I’m appreciative of that recommendation cuz it was delicious!

A different take on Japanese ramen, I think, since it may not be ramen at all. They have ramen on the menu, but the main attractions seem to the the spicy versions with or without soup.

Had the pork ramen…what an artful bowl of soup…almost too pretty to eat. Very cool porcelain bowl…tallest bowl I’ve ever met. The milk tea was refreshing and as balanced as the broth in the ramen. Noodles were chewy good too. Just a gorgeous and delicious bowl o ramen. Highly recommend.

I am by no means a ramen connoisseur. Had the Downtown. Spicy level 1 numbness Leven 1. Taste was good. Presentation nice. And like the other reviews here, I’m not entirely sure the noodle was a ramen. Whatever the noodle was, it was too hard (undercooked) for my liking. Husband had the Downtown and the noodle used there was definitely ramen. Great, fast service! Unfortunately, they had run out of a lot of important items the night we visited; no teas and no chicken.

Im into this place. I always order Tokyo Style NO SOUP Spice 3 / numbness 2. I keep it kinda mild but I’ve tried and witnessed higher attempts at spice and it’s Melt your face off killer! Fried Chicken Karaage is pretty on point too. Yum Yum

Small eatery specialized in noodles. Pleasant and clean environment, quick service. Food is delicious, with generous portions and well seasoned.

Pretty good! I think the noodles were good, I heard from a friend to eat it in the restaurant vs taking it Togo because it doesn’t taste as good! I added a poached egg to my noodles. It comes looking like a raw egg, but don’t worry, just careful crack it open and let it slide into your bowl, it’ll be perfect (it’s not supposed to be solid like it looks like the “ramen” photo on the menu!) Also order the fried chicken! I usually don’t eat chicken but omg it was so good with lemon! The medium comes with 8 pieces (even though the menu says 4 pieces, ask the waiter!) enjoy!!

We had the Tokyo style noodles without soup at various levels of heat and numbness. The scale is from 0-6 and above 3 includes ghost peppers as the spice. I found the numbers to be really unique and intriguing. The flavor was great, even tasty as leftovers the next day. Tokyo style is very heavy on the peanut sauce but in a good way! Tokyo style without soup was just like a saucy noodle, which we also enjoyed a lot. Very happy with this place as takeout.
