Delicious authentic Thai in Roswell. We got to meet the head chef and recommended some dishes. “Thai hot” is extremely hot, I went with medium hot and it was perfect. Pictured is the green curry, fried rice, pad kra kow.

Tbh I don’t really know what authentic Thai food is supposed to taste like, but good food is good food. I wanted curry soup that was relatively thick and chef recommended the Panang Curry Soup-Tofu fried and I asked for it spicy and it was so good. As far as thickness keep in mind it’s a soup so it won’t be gravy thick, but it’s worth it. SN:The Thai tea wasn’t my favorite but it’s worth a try.
