I ordered a (6) piece of WHOLE wings, chicken ONLY. What I received was (6) HUGE drummettes. I ordered them plain (no sauce). They tasted dry as SAND. They had not a pinch of salt/pepper and smelled like OLD grease. This location is slow and serves very unpleasant food. It was horrible for $10 plus. Will not go back

Worst experience ever … ordered my chicken and the container is filled with grease and were soggy. The lady does not speak English and does not understand I’m asking her to make me a new one. Why have people on site who can’t help a customer.

I came to pick up an order for delivery, drove to them for 5 minutes and then waited another 5 minutes, lost time because of them. very slow and lazy staff.

Ordered food online and received confirmation. My food was to be ready by 12:09 for pickup. I arrive a little later at 12:12 and my order is not ready. I waited 30 minutes originally (ordered food around 11:30) and when I get there I have to wait ANOTHER 30 minutes while on my 30 minute lunch break. How mf convenient for me. It should have been ready as it said on the email.

Why would you allow me to place an order if you’re not open for business. I want my 40$ refund. Yes they will refund 2 or 3 business days. So I guess I’ll see that money in a week. Kids are hungry now.

Food was alright .. they forgot part of my order had to take more time and gas to go back For my kids order I still called to tell them what happened and they still had me wait it was a bit pricey too
