Great place to get HI style diner food! Had the Katsu and was taken back to the days of surf shorts and grabbing some grinds at Grace’s and Zippy’s. They had other Hawaiian comfort food on menu like teri plates and spam musubi.

We ordered the katsu chicken, the poke & pork nachos and ended up getting a whole extra dinner plate by accident! The owners are super friendly and refused to let us pay for the extra dinner.

I can’t rave enough how clean their kitchen is! It’s one of the reasons I decided to try them out. I let them decide what I was eating because I trust that everything they make was going to be amazing & it definitely didn’t disappoint! Honestly some of the best food I’ve probably ever had! If you’ve never been, you’re missing out! Amazing, caring staff with amazing customer service! I will definitely be back whenever I’m back in Reno!

Mac salad and Kalua Pork were excellent, will definitely be adding this spot to our regular roster. Staff was friendly, prices were more than reasonable for the portions, restaurant was clean and had a pleasant atmosphere. 10/10.

We let the Chef choose for us, and boy was it onolicious! The Kalua Pork Poke combo nachos were broke da mout succulent and crunchy. Chef came out and was attentive to all the happy customers there today. Will definitely be coming back to try other menu items. Can’t wait. Aloha, and Mahalo for the great service and ultra clean kitchen and dining area!

Kikas all kine grinds is absolutely killer. The food is absolutely delicious always. Just waiting for the spam musubi to be on the menu. I got the pork nachos and daaamn good. Definitely going back and definitely would recommend to anyone. They just opened a restaurant off of mccarran blvd.
