Loved eating here! The food was delicious, everybody in my group really enjoyed their meals. The pad see ew was one of my favorites. And the host/waiter was pleasant and offered many helpful suggestions that we really appreciated. The setting was very beautiful and atmospheric, as well. Thumbs up all around!

KICKED OUT FOR HAVING A SERVICE DOG. Within moments of walking in—before being offered menus or water—the only employee in the building angrily approached our table and yelled “NO PETS, YOU NEED TO LEAVE.” We calmly explained our friend’s disability required a service animal be with them at all times and tried to deescalate the situation. After pointing out the posted sign on their front door that explicitly stated service animals were welcome, he told us repeatedly we had to leave and walked away.

After a wonderful day in Golden Gate Park, five of us decided to dine at Khan Toke on a Saturday evening. We made a 7:45pm reservation and we’re seated in the back corner of the restaurant near the garden windows…shoes off! ☺️ The interior is a great vibe with wooden walls, sunken seating, and wooden tables.

One of my favorite Thai restaurants to visit. I really enjoy the green curry and Tom Kah soup. The pad Thai is also really good. The atmosphere is very nice. You take off your shoes when entering and sit in a sunken table. The service is always great too! Highly recommend!

My heart is breaking right now writing this review. This used to be the best Thai food in the city. They have obviously changed chefs and my food tonight is some of the worst I have EVER had. The Pad Thai noodles used to be flavorful and delicious. The best in the city. They are now without any color or flavor whatsoever. They look and taste like they were thrown immediately from the water into a take out container with NO FLAVOR. I even requested EXTRA SPICY. Never seen anything like it. The Spring Rolls are mushy and also NO FLAVOR. Disgusting. I order what is supposed to be hot and spicy rice and it is a flavorless mess. I am throwing over $100 worth of food in the trash. DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT. I am devastated that this has happened to this once fabulous restaurant.

Very cosy atmosphere and a friendly host. The food is tasty and the beer is Thai. Nice place to try out – and surprisingly few people know about it.

I love this place!! I came here many times as a child and it was such a treat so take off my shoes and sit in the warm, cozy dining area. The food is great and it’s relatively quiet so fun date place and friend outing alike.

One of my favorite Thai restaurants in the Bay Area, I’ve honestly never experienced anything quite like it. I recommend this place to anyone who’ll listen to me, happy it’s still open. Amazing food with an incredible interior.
