My husband and I came to the Fairbanks Alaska KFC to eat an early dinner. at the KFC’s we have been to, you pick them up at the counter on a tray for dine in. When our name was called, I went to the counter…not there, then I went to the delivery/pickup window inside, there were two other orders, I asked which one was for Stan, and the lady behind the counter got VERY rude and said I called your name 3 times and shoved my order towards me. We have never been treated this rudely before, especially for asking a simple question. This person should NOT be allowed to work with the customers. We definitely WONT be back!!!

My hamburger was done incorrectly based off my order, and then the patty was pink and cold and not fully cooked. But they had a sugar-free rootbeer that was delicious, and everyone’s else’s meal came out great.

What I ordered vs what I got. (along with Dr peppers, but no straws) so basically my drinks were right but nothing else was. You can see my receipt has my name and my order on it, but the order said it would take 40-50 minutes and it said it was ready in less than five minutes. I’d be willing to bet that they printed my order receipt and slapped it on the wrong bag.

Maybe I am living in an alternate dimension than the naysayers, because I come here to get bulk orders to be put on a plane to my home village. They have been consistently great. Great customer service and food served hot and fresh. Orders are correct, each and every time. Come over to my dimension and expect the best. We are fortunate to have this option, and it’s fun to get KFC in the village and these hard workers over here get it done and with a friendly authentic Alaskan attitude. I’m just saying, it’s easy to switch the channels if you remember you are the knob.

That was the biggest letdown I’ve ever experienced in my life. I could have got an oil change for the same price as the 2 piece meal: a super greasy leg and thigh. The taste was 1/5 at best. The $9.99 meal also costs $14.49 niw, plus a $1 just because fee. The service almost always sucks / my coleslaw looked like a soup- fortunately you only get 2 bites. The large root beer float was good. At $7.20 it’s a deal considering my 20 ounce water was $2.99! This place continues to go downhill. Next time I’ll cut to the chase and throw the cash in the garbage.

It’s KFC. But it’s a combination KFC/A&W Root Beer place, so it has chicken, burgers, hot dogs, shakes, A&W root beer (yum) and sundaes. We ordered the ‘Quick Pickup’ online which was easy to use and flawless.

Worse dinner ever! Had to throw away most chicken, hard biscuits and bad mash potato gravy. The pic shows some black stuff? Inside the fried chicken. Gross. Expensive. They get one star for good root beer. You would be better off going to the grocery store deli.
