Ordered chicken sandwich big box, gave me a completely different box. Tasted precooked and sat out, and ignored another half my menu at the drive through. Will not go again or recommend, period. Overcharged me as well for the box. 17.49 instead of the 11.49 box I asked for.

I just went thru the drive thru with my sister and ordered their new wraps I order 6 wraps and a burrito & 3 drinks. The little girl at the window was rude, kept rushing my sister and when we got to the window she didn’t greet her or say her total nothing just opened the window took her card, then closed it. Then opened it gave her the card back & the bag and no receipt and whispered under her breath “b*tch” and slammed the window. NOT ONLY WAS OUR ORDER MISSING SOMETHING, but it was wrong we said light sauce and it was swimming in sauce.. I went back immediately and asked for the manger. When I walked in the girl at the drive thru looked at me laughed and then said something to the other 3 wearing a headset and they all started laughing. The “supervisor” called “Angel” over the headset and went to the back to get him then came back was like “I’m the supervisor what can I help you with? “ I told her no I want the manger, she proceeded to say “oh he left he just left” how did he leave if there’s only 2 doors? And I didn’t see anyone come out. That little girl needs to be taken out of drive thru and put to do dishes or something else because she doesn’t have customer service skills at all and neither does Angel or the other 3 girls. Angel for tell her to come tell me he just left. I need to speak with the district manager. Someone needs to retrain all these “employees “ on customer service. Especially when he gave me the cooperate number and not his mangers number like I asked.

Yeah I know, what do you expect from this place. Almost every item incorrect or made incorrect, chicken that was left in warmer for far to long, no quality control, I’ll share the photos with Benton Franklin health district, just take you business to another one and maybe you might get lucky with better service and quality! This location is absolutely terrible. We have been here twice in the last 5-6 months and BOTH times they have forgotten parts of our order. 100% failure rate. You call back and all they offer is for you to drive 15 min back to pick it up while your food gets cold. No offer of refund or something for next time IF there is a next time. It’s ridiculous that for the crazy amount of money they charge they can’t even get the order right and don’t compensate when they do.

Worst kfc I have had. Chicken grease is old, missing Coleslaw in the 1499 meal really. And no gravy on the mashed potatoes. The chicken pot pie taste moldy. So very disappointed. Columbia center store. Won’t even answer the phone. The window staff were rude. I’d like my money back

I love the Taco Bell and KFC mix at one location! The have Skittle flavored slushies and so much to chose from on both menu’s! The customer service is excellent and so is the food! Very clean and great atmosphere!

Chicken tenders were old and reheated..French fries were cold and soggy..biscut was so hard, Couldn’t even break it apart. Supposed to get 2 sides ( expected mashed potatoes and Cole slaw) only got the fries. I used to love KFC…will not go there again.
