My brother and sister-in-law enjoyed their KFC dinner in Toppenish. My brother accidentally left his wallet and phone on the counter before departing. The KFC Manager, Mariana, was absolutely remarkable! She set the wallet and phone aside for safekeeping and, in a genius move, texted us as the most recent people who had texted my brother’s phone. We were able to retrieve his belongings and it was a great pleasure to meet Mariana! She is a wonderful human and heroine. We will look forward to future KFC visits while appreciating Mariana’s integrity, outstanding service, and her gracious act of kindness!

Ordered a large side of corn. It looks old, brown, and dry. It tastes horrible. I had ordered delivery and they said they could not deliver a new one.

Workers at this kfc do not know how to take orders! I ordered the 8 piece meal that comes with 2 potato and coleslaw and order a Mac and cheese as an extra side they gave us 2 coleslaw instead the manger or person who helped was so rude

Personally I love this store, I have been here multiple times in the past and I was informed the general manager at the time is no longer there!!! Yayyy I’ve definitely seen improvements im not sure of the new managers name but I’m glad things are getting better my family loves coming here Sundays after church we are warmly greeted by the employees!

So the last two times; first I order a three piece big box. I did not receive a coleslaw. I went back to get my cole slaw they said that I need to order the right. So I offered to pay for the cole slaw. Wouldn’t take my money and blamed me for getting my order wrong. The second time today I ordered a 3 peice big box. My wife had a coupon so we used it and they said a 3 price meal. So I ordered an extra coleslaw which the meal came with the coleslaw. I spent for an extra coleslaw and no drink. So I offered to redo the order. They not only couldn’t do that. They told me I was holding up the line and the managerThey gave me the drink free. And paid me for the coleslaw. Then told me that I need to read the couponI feel bad but not getting help with meals.

FOUR TIMES NOW… I only went this last time because my son REALLY wanted a twelve-piece from KFC (Dark meat only), and I told him I would go again, but just for the COLESLAW (nobody beats KFC slaw, right?). He didn’t remember the previous times, and didn’t believe me when I told him how HORRIBLE my/our last THREE visits to this KFC/Taco Bell combo were… well… He believes me now, that’s for sure! We ordered online and were at the store when the app said it should be ready, but when I called the telephone number for pick-ups, I was hung up on. I called again a few minutes later and was told that it would be another 20 minutes because we ordered “extra crispy”…??? It was 104 degrees today and I was driving my 1983 Chevy RV with A/C issues… We waited and called again 20 minutes later. 10 minutes after being told someone was bringing it out, we got our order. Here are the problems with the order:

I want to thank the staff at KFC in Toppenish for going above and beyond their Duty.. I’m a truck driver and I pulled up in the parking lot with just my truck only. Lobby was closed but they said I can walk up to the window ..there was too many cars. So the young lady came out and took my order when it was done the young man that was making the deliveries came up gave me my food.. once again I am truly grateful for the staff there at KFC. It’s been a rough couple of weeks on the road and it felt real good to be treated like a human again. once again thank you and God bless

The chicken was horrible. I ordered 3 chicken strips and all 3 were inedible. I couldn’t pull them apart or even bite into them, they were so dry and over cooked.

Ordered an 8 piece bucket with the sides. Got home and it only had 6 pieces. It had two breasts, two legs, and two wings. No thighs. When I picked it up at the window there were three guys standing near the window talking and laughing. I guess I disturbed their “get together” with my order.
