More often than not, the food here is really good. I’m more of a burger guy, so I mainly stick with their A&W menu, but I can attest to their chicken being really good as well when I’ve gotten that. You get the KFC fries with any of the meals, which are really good, when seasoned right. The past couple of times I’ve gone, they’ve been a little over-salted, but they still weren’t bad. I give it a solid 4. I find myself coming back here for a burger a lot on my way home from errands, and I’ll continue to do so.

Still like the food, but you’ll never get 5 stars from me until you bring back the Twister wrap sandwich and the original Chicken Littles from way back in the day. The chicken pot pies are excellent, so you’re probably going to discontinue those too…. Please don’t.

I always wondered why this place got bad reviews because I’ve always been happy with everything from food to drinks. Today was not a good day to get KFC I guess. Ordered 2 breasts, the were just nasty. It was hella greasy and tastes like over used burn fryer oil. The service was great. The chicken was a disaster. Probably wont be back anytime soon.

Been getting chicken here all my life, even before it also became an A&W. Was always Grandma’s favorite. Unfortunately, the quality seems to be a far cry from what it used to be. My mom recommended the new chicken sandwiches and I thought that sounded great. Her and dad got two classic chicken sandwiches, I got the spicy. Ironically enough, the lit billboard on the sign says that these chicken sandwiches are cooked to order, however the chicken fillet on my sandwich was SOOOOOOO old! It was very obvious that it had been sitting in a warming cabinet for hours. The edges were rock hard all the way around. Mom and dad didn’t say anything about theirs, I just hope my dad was able to gnaw through his sandwich being that he has dentures. Just completely unacceptable, especially when the main advertising point on the lit up billboard says the chicken is cooked to order because my sandwich absolutely was not. Very disappointed in the sandwich. Mom and I did however get blended floats that were pretty darn good. Kinda hard to mess that up though!

The customer service and the chicken were both about what you would expect… EXCEPT for one detail!! The chicken was incredibly greasy and small small small! Check out the picture of 5 peices put in a QUART size bag next to a standard bit lighter!!! Would only recommend this restaurant if you want a snack!! NOT the place to go if you’re hungry!!!

Great service and the young man taking our order was great! More importantly they treated people with kindness. My family stopped in for dinner on 7/6/22 and we witnessed a tender act of kindness by those working there. There was a young homeless man who came in the restaurant he was offered a free drink when he came to the counter. He had a hard time asking if there was anything he could do to earn a meal and the employee he asked couldn’t quite understand what he was asking. I noticed what was going on and offered him some of our food to eat. They then understood what he was asking and they offered him a chance to help take some of the trash out to the dumpster and he took the opportunity to help out. Not sure how it ended but they showed compassion and that’s good in my book.
