Okay I am on lunch hungry, haven’t ate all day, work at WSH, and my food was undercooked and close so I look like somebody ate out of it. This will be the last time I ever eat here again. The employees that work there do not care about what they serve you and how their customer service is. I advise you to go elsewhere if you’re starving.

Chicken strips on my chicken little were tough and so chewy that my jaw hurt afterward. I used to work at KFC years ago and I know that the company holds their food to a high standard. Seems like they let it sit for way too long. Also, the last few times that I have gone, the customer service has not been great. The employees don’t seem to care at all and don’t even look happy at all.

Absolute garbage. Paying this much for chicken, and I get soggy chicken that was cooked and held for ages. Paid almost 7 bucks for sides and they couldn’t even manage to fill up the bowls. I’ll never return to this KFC again for sure. And for the record, I picked my order up at 6, which is when you’d think they’d have fresh chicken up. No wonder there are windows boarded up along the outside.

PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR PIN NUMBER!!! My daughter and I went in and once they rang her up they requested her bank pin number for her debit card. I told her absolutely not. They claimed they didn’t have a till up front but after speaking to the manager, they had my pregnant daughter walk out to the drive through and… it didn’t need a pin number. The manager then tried to tell me that a lot of times even if it’s run as credit you still have to have a pin number ??? I spend 8+ hrs a day on a till and that’s not how it works. If it’s solely a credit card sometimes it’s that way. The whole thing was sketchy and we’re going to go get her a new card tomorrow morning. Why wouldn’t they have a till in front with a full crew? Something’s not right here.

Terrible! Got the special chicken tenders meal deal. Trial size potatoes and gravy , coleslaw. Added Mac n cheese. The tenders were like rubber and very dry . $27 for 1 person. Rubber chicken , gritty potatoes and dry Mac n. Cheese. Never again will I go to kfc

RPM Repair Performance Maintenance
There was a girl in the drive-through with a dragon tattoo. She was really nice. I had to wait in the front parking lot and the septic tank was being pumped so Atmosphere 4 stars was gross.
