I just ordered a 2 piece original with a biscuit, a side of baked beans and a large drink. I paid extra for two additional sides- mash potatoes, and Cole slaw. I got one crispy, thigh, (was dried up) and one original, thigh. The baked beans were totally dried out – my spork could stand upright in them. The biscuit was dried out and crusty. This cost me roughly $20. It was a waste of my money. Hungry and was limited to getting anything else. Ate what I could. Threw out the rest. Very disappointed to say the least.

Sadly, the couple of times we’ve ordered from this KFC, we’ve been disappointed. The chicken pieces are highly irregular, some overcooked and others undercooked. Potatoes are never served with enough gravy. Biscuits are often more like hockey pucks. Not to mention, you never know if you’ll end-up with napkins and cutlery. There just seems to be no standardized process for how food is prepared or orders fulfilled. Based on our experience, it seems this restaurant desperately needs some new management. We probably won’t order again, which is too bad, because sometimes you just crave that Original Recipe.

I hate writing bad reviews, but yesterday’s experience deserves one. Went through the drive thru, ordered a #4, only to get half chicken jerky that was Luke warm and soggy from sitting so long. And the biscuit, if you wanted to choke it would have been good, it was dry and nasty. I went back in the store with the food gave it back, and got a refund. I’m really turned off now. KFC

Everyone I have met at this location are the nicest people I’ve ever dealt with in a fast food restaurant. They treat their guests with respect and try to accommodate them and it truly shows with every one who works their currently. It’s difficult to find in this time and massively appreciated.
