The older lady working the drive-thru brunette is miserable. Not welcoming or pleasant to deal with at all the bread on our chicken. Little half of it was hard. Like not eatable. So one of the five stars is fitting in my opinion. I can go to the rest of my life not dealing with that lady again.

I just got out of work and needed to pick up dinner for my family, everyone working today was busting their butts putting orders out. Thank you for making my family an amazing meal. Expensive and the menu is confusing. Funny, because I worked at one as a teen and am familiar with how simple it used to be. Gravy is not what it was back then, either. Taste like it’s watered down. Also hate how little gravy is added to mashed potatoes. The chicken is still great!!!

Horrible service. i will never go back. food was like shoe leather, but the worst part was the service. i am a manager in customer service & have never seen such horrible service. the woman @ the window collecting the cash was staring me down like i was bothering her. 15.00 on a famous bowl & some nuggets that i had to fight with to chew. very unpleasant experience & will not be back. everyone is hitting hard times, but leave it @ home. bad bad service KFC

I went through the drive thru. They said to wait for 20 minutes. I went inside after 1/2 hr and I ended up waiting for an hr. for extra crispy chicken. Other cars were there after me and they were waiting for extra chicken too and they came after me and they were giving the chicken to all the people in front of me. Didn’t make since and my car was running the whole time wasting gas.

The portion size of the Mac and Cheese bowl was nothing like advertised. The front counter worker attempted to fill the bowl to look like the advertisement, but the manager rudely corrected her to “correctly” make the bowl half as full. I spoke to the manager who “appreciated” the feedback, but did nothing to improve my order.

Bought $23 worth of food about an hour ago. Had to drive back after getting home and sitting down. All of my chicken littles were covered in mold. I am discussed, when I spoke to the manager they immediately said “was the chicken little?” As if they already knew this was an issue. I’m just confused how when making/packaging the mold was missed.
