Horrible experience and horrible staff. I took my kids through the drive through and ordered an 8 piece chicken meal and sides. I wanted extra crispy but the guy said they only got 4 extra crispy and 4 original. I said it was fine. He took my payment and didn’t give a receipt. He told me to wait in front of the store. I waited and waited with my kids and 30 minutes later, the same guy strolled out to my car and asked me what did I order again.. WHAT THE HECK!! He never even apologized and he was rude. He walked back and 5 minutes later he came out with my order (still no receipt). NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN! IT’S OFFICIALLY ON MY BLACKLIST NOW.

Terrible Customer Service, I visited this location, first time in years, with Church’s, Popeyes and of course Ezelles being so close, KFC has not been a choice for years however I wanted their coleslaw, so tonight I went through the drive thru, it was slow and after I ordered my somewhat large amount of food (12 piece meal, not cheap 53 bucks) anyway as I got to the window I realized for my large family I should add on one more side, too much is always better than not enough, well don’t do that, because once you order, you cannot add on unless you pay cash, the cashier Luisc would not go to another free til to ring it up, she just wouldn’t allow me to order an addition item without going back through the line, or paying cash. Food was decent enough, no complaints there but I’ll drive the extra 2 miles and get excellent customer service and fried chicken from Ezelles.

Consistently poor service. Too lazy to open doors to public (dining room locked). I stop by one day a week on my sales route cause i love KFC and everyone there acts as if they can’t be bothered. ALWAYS forget napkins, frequent random menu changes (fries become mashed potatoes, Diet cola becomes sweetened, etc.) with no explaination. Food temp varies wildly between room temp, or lava hot. Use random boxes to hold items thereby varied quantities of items visit to visit. Don’t know who’s doing the hiring, but they need to be replaced. Worst KFC, or fast-food restaurant, ive experienced… I hope owner is reading.

Just don’t bother placing an online order. They are always out of something and have to substitute it (always out of sandwiches and fillets) and ask if substituting cheaper food is okay…. will never eat at this location again.

This is one of the worst KFC I have ever had. The women who was taken my order was rushing me to order my food for my family and had a attitude for no reason if this is what KFC likes to hire I will never come back here ever again.. Also my food was even cold as well I spent 50 dollars on some food and then I threw it all away I will not recommendthis KFC to no one… Thank you KFC…
