I had an incredible experience here and I definitely have to speak on it. Ive been trying to figure out how to review KFC on their surveys and sites but apparently they don’t have it anymore.

I’m very impressed with the cleanliness and the service I received was awesome!! I mentioned that my chicken from my previous purchase skin wasn’t on the chicken and I wanted it pack with the skin on the chicken this time and a nice young man took care of it personally and I appreciate that

The service was good and fast, but I am very disappointed in the chicken wraps that KFC advertise. They are small, very little coleslaw and one small chicken tender. It was wrapped like a burrito not a wrap and the chicken was nowhere to be seen until you unwrap it. KFC, I know you can do better.

Today I was really pleasantly surprised by KFC’s new chicken sandwich and special recipe. In recent years I have only ordered their chicken pot pie because I wasn’t enjoying much of the rest of their products. That all changed today!!! Those two items were fantastic! I would say as good as Popeye’s and the chicken was actually better than Popeye’s. KFC’S crust is flavorful and crispy. The breast meat is real, flavorful, moist and delicious ! Wow! Blew my mind and taste buds. Also, I have not been a big fan of their fries. But, the new special recipe fries were pretty darn good! Mind and buds blown a second time. I took a couple pics as well. I’ll be back.

Check you food and taste it. Went there on Christmas Eve after waiting for 25 minutes we got salty and burnt chicken!! We called the place back and they said too bad hopefully next time it will be better. I cannot believe this. Instead of correcting a mistake or even good customer service they hung up. Won’t give managers name and won’t return, refund or do anything for that matter. Shocking the kind of people that work here.

We’ve came to this kfc specifically several times because we know they ruin every door dash order. If you don’t check the bag you can guarantee your items will not be in the bag.
