This is what they gave me. I ordered ahead of time to pick up at 9pm, one before their closing. They said it wasn’t ready at 9:30pm, fine got it around 9:40pm and drove home thinking all was fine. But nope, I’m not sure what made them think this was okay to do? Like why would you serve someone this instead of telling them that you don’t have anything left? It would have been easier to cancel.

It’s closed. And there’s no signs whatsoever so we rolled up to the drive through no sign. So we go to the window and you can see inside it’s completely gutted. And all their supplies are in the dining area. Looks like maybe they’re renovating but it would’ve been nice if they could put signs up and update their Google status to temporarily closed. No wonder our order on the app kept getting cancelled. They’re closed for who knows how long

KFC feels like a dying franchise after the Covid-19 mess. This is a shame as I love the food and so does my wife. Things of notice: Men’s bathroom was broken and out of order. The employees were standing around doing nothing rather than scrubbing and cleaning to make the franchise shine. To cut costs KFC gives you a butter-flavored spread for your biscuit. I read the ingredients and decided to pass. I reached for the honey only to find it was honey-flavored not the real deal. After further investigation, I discovered it was the garbage sweeter high fructose corn syrup. NO THANK YOU. Additionally, I ordered a second time. A medium Coke and a side of gravy were an additional $6.00. Probably to pay the salaries of the three employees leaning against the walls doing nothing. As I said, this so felt like a dying franchise, and as I said before I am saddened by this. At one month short of my 62nd Birthday I have been a customer for decades. I do not see this franchise being here in 2030…of course, I might not be either .

9 employees. 2 cars in the drive thru, 2 people before me in the lobby. THEY RAN OUT OF CHICKEN!!! Like….how?! I didn’t know this was the boondocks lol. I ordered a chicken sandwich instead of the 2 buckets and 20$ fill up that I wanted. One chicken sandwich took 35 minutes….. the man who took my order though was very professional despite the high stress atmosphere.

For some reason KFC’s chicken has really gotten bad. The pieces are small (not much meat) it’s not fresh and the building appears not clean even if it has just been cleaned. The pieces of chicken I get from Safeway/Albertsons and Fred Meyer are almost double the size of KFC’s and the price is half the price of KFC as well. I love the flavor but when an 8 piece meal costs $40.00 at KFC and I can go to Safeway and get an 8 piece meal for $10 and there is twice as much food I will sacrifice the flavor of their spices to save a buck everyday.
