Never had problems with this location till today. Prob wont be back after this though. Make surw u check chicken in ur order for quality. Ordered a famous bowl and the chicken was wayyyy overcooked. I hardly eat out but was feeling sad so i wanted to treat myself. I cant even eat the chicken its so tough. Being a cook myself ik its not that hard to make. This location was dead today to so i cant comprehend why the order was so disappointing and overcooked.

I go for about 1 month, is really good, and never have problems. Good service and fast. If something is no ready the let me now right away so I can wait 5 more min. I love this place.

Ordered a family meal extra crispy with mashed potatoes and gravy. Had to repeat the order twice. They then said they didn’t have any biscuits made. Ok fine. Waited 12 minutes. They brought the order out and the one time we didn’t check it, the order was wrong. They gave us original recipe with macaroni and corn, coleslaw. Mashed potatoes with gravy. No biscuits. Obviously gave us someone else’s order.

Arrived around 4pm. Ordered a Mac bowl combo. Received a bowl of lukewarm congealed Mac that was maybe 2/3 full. Had to teeming employee that it comes with a drink. Had to sit at a dirty table as the dining room hadn’t been cleaned. Very disappointed

Went to visit this location around 6:15 pm on Monday , May 15th and the restaurant appeared to be open when I looked on line and even the drive thru signs were on but inside their building it was pitch black but there were definitely people in side . I called 4 times no answer and while I was waiting in my car they suddenly turned all the lights on but the door were still locked and when I went to speak to one of the employees who I saw inside she quickly walked away. Multiple customers were in line for drive thru and they still wouldn’t answer or take anyone’s order . Was extremely odd not to mention creepy . I’d like an explanation

They dropped the ball. The famous bowl has quickly went from a pile of chicken smothered in mashed potatoes and gravy, to Simply mashed potatoes and gravy With a slight garnish of chicken on top… Sad and insulting… Never again.

Waited 30 minutes for a quick pickup, missing sides, no sauces, lots of dashers waiting for their orders, and multiple folks had to wait over 20 minutes for their food after going through the drive through

No more baked beans, if you get 2 large sides of mashed potatoes and gravy you only get ONE gravy and have to pay extra for the second one, and the sorry excuse for a wing I got in my 6 piece bucket was so small ….well, the picture speaks for itself. This place is so expensive, it would be nice if you at least get what you pay for!!
