I was excited to try the BBQ bacon chicken sandwich! Definitely nothing like the advertisement! You know the one with BBQ dripping off the side, melty cheese. No! There was one tiny squirt of BBQ sauce. Cheese wasn’t melted at all! I had to add my own BBQ sauce! Soggy bacon. The bun was good. The chicken was crispy but you up your prices and skimp on the food. I was thoroughly disappointed!

I looked online at the menu and decided on the 8 piece chicken only for $10.59. When I went through the drive through and ordered I was told it was $ 19.99 .So I mentioned this to the worker at the window. He told me that price was online orders only. Nowhere did I see this information on the online menu. The prices have increased so dramatically lately that we don’t get KFC like we used to. We have decided not to go back to KFC ever again. This is a dishonest way to conduct business.

Ordered a 2 piece and specifically asked the gal if it was fresh chicken , since a couple weeks ago I got tenders that must have been under the heat lamp for several hours , tougher than leather … she assured me it had ONLY been 20 minutes then no butter or honey with the biscuit that was also hard as a rock . I won’t go back .

This is the nastiest place to eat on river road. I went in there for dinner last night and my chicken wasn’t even cooked all the way. When in asked for a refund the “manager” (lack there of one) threw his hand in the air like I was the problem. Complete and udder disrespect in this business. He was yelling at his kitchen crew and acting like they were the problem with orders going out wrong. THIS PLACE NEEDS BETTER MANAGEMENT! For your health and safety I wouldn’t recommend eating here.

Had placed an online order and even had got there 15 minutes late and my order still wasn’t ready had to wait an additional 15 minutes in the parking lot for undercooked chicken employees are rude as though you’re inconveniencing them by placing an order. Won’t be ever visiting this KFC again while I’m on the matter what the heck is up with them taking off the pot pie that was one of my most favorite items.

If you eat there very often you will know KFC can be a little hit-or-miss. I have eaten at this location several times now as it is convenient to my work and I have to say that every single time my order has been right and really really good. If you like KFC this is definitely a location I recommend.
