For the amount KFC is charging you they should at least get the order right. It was obvious they couldn’t read the receipt with the order. We didn’t get a mix of chicken. We ordered half original and half extra crispy. The chicken was drowning in grease in the bucket. They forgot how to count on the biscuits. We only received 3 instead of 4. The chicken nuggets, some of them were not even nuggets. We also ordered KFC sauce for the nuggets and got ranch instead. The customer service was friendly however attention to detail and getting a customer’s order right should be important especially when the order is close to $50. Always check you order before leaving the vicinity. We failed to do so this time! Gone downhill is putting it mildly.

Called in at 5:51 pm on 01/31. Ordered a 12 piece wing and they said it should take 10 minutes. Come in at 6:10 pm, pay at 6:11pm. Cashier says “order should be ready in 3 minutes”. Then, like clockwork, almost exactly give or take 4 minutes, the cashier sits at an empty table and LITERALLY FEASTS ON MY 12 WING ORDER. WITHOUT SHAME, the only person eating that had ordered in the dining room. There were about 3 other parties waiting on food, with the manager offering promises of free food to the diners. When I went to get a refund, the manager, who had just taken orders of hot wings thru the drive thru, said it was going to be another 15 minutes on top of that one to get my order that I ordered almost 30 minutes prior. Waited until I got refunded at 6:30pm. The whole point of fast food, is to get food fast. I hope that the cashier that ate my order, thought it was “FingerLicking Good” because KantFunctionCorrectly is a now go for me anymore. I’d love to hear back about what happened at the KFC tonight, the whole 20 minutes I was in there almost, the only person I saw eat was an employee. Here is a picture of the dinner I got afterwards, went to Philomath to get good service, maybe you should cross train and hire from there.

Mediocre food quality and multiple problems with food quality, accuracy of order, and customer service. I may have not been so dissatisfied had it been only 1 or the other that was such poor quality; however, when the order is wrong, the staff is unfriendly, AND the quality of the food is subpar, the final result is a lost customer. Especially when the bill is over $50! I will not be returning any time in the foreseeable future.

Women’s restroom filthy. Mold growing in toilet. Dust everywhere. Tables & booths greasy & in need of washing. Difficult to find staff member. I think they were all on break outside. Out of straws…”until restocking tonight”. It was 11 in the morning! They had 5-6 customers while we were there.

Ordered delivery. Only thing that was correct was the drink and the fact I ordered some chicken. Ordered Mac & Cheese got mashed potatoes & grave AND fries for some reason… Ordered Honey mustard got KFC sauce and BBQ for some reason. No honey and butter for the biscuit. I’ve never had an order messed up this way. If one thing had been wrong no big deal and the fries in side (that I didn’t order) being spilled all over the box no big deal the driver could have done that but this many errors on one order that’s literally on paper in front of their face……… I am honestly surprised anything was right. On top of that they shorted me a piece of chicken. I would say skip this place altogether they make KFC look bad.

Very very nice staff , they were very busy the day I came in and they people working were still very nice and accommodating. The food quality did not suffer because they were busy and they handled the rush like pros . And I want to get the KFC bucket light they have in the dining room lol !!!!

Love kfc but this is the first time I had to wait ten minutes for undercooked chicken for them to also not put on the sauce on the wings. I am most definitely willing for the food to be fully cooked and have their proper sauces on them. Sorry the worker’s felt the need to rush. Happy Valentines Day!

My food was supposed to be done at 6;54 I didn’t get my food until 7:40. The staff was nice but there was food getting handed out left and right excepted for mine. I then got home and open the bag. I order coleslaw and didn’t even get any. I got 4 things of fries and 4 drinks. The chicken was dry and not cooked all the way. I get working fast food and all that but when I sat there for almost an hour I watched as almost all the staff was asking the person in charged where to put what order or how to do something. One staff even said that order is still here as drive thru was getting answered and other orders were getting taken out. It wasn’t fast, fresh, or anything. I don’t think I would go back because I was craving coleslaw and all that and I didn’t even get it.

My chicken was cooked perfectly and I only had to wait one minute in the drive through. My sauce was selected perfectly and the worker was super nice. Her teeth were kinda nasty, but she seems to love that KFC chicken as much as my kids do. Those young rascals devoured those crispy wings. The mashed potatoes were very creamy and very scrumptious.
