I get no one wants to work in fast food but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at the KFC/A&W. The fries were hours old I couldn’t even eat them, the cheese curds were drenched in grease from the fryer, the drink wasn’t filled up all the way , there was no butter/honey for the biscuit, and on top of all that they forgot 2 chicken littles in our bag making us have to drive all the way back from our house to get them. Just awful!

Gal at the counter takes information from customer trying to send message to a different employee that was on lunch. She did not take my order then. Then proceeded to go to drive through window to take their order. And after about five more minutes she finally took my order. Service was very poor from her.

We order takeout about once a month from this KFC. There is almost always something wrong with the order when we get it home. Once, they gave us an 8 piece meal instead of the 16 piece we ordered. A second time, they gave us mashed potatoes when we specifically ordered Mac and cheese. Today, we ordered a meal and didn’t receive any biscuits.

We door dashed our order and this is how my kfc bowl arrived… I didn’t pay for half a kfc bowl. The meal we ordered also arrived missing the fries. Complete rip off. Its an outrage that I am paying for items that came incomplete.

Went through the drive through a couple hours before they closed. Ordered the 16 peice family meal which has become very expensive in my opinion… Got their Chocolate chip cake which I haven’t had in years, disappointed by the fact there were no Chocolate chips in the one we got and didn’t see any on it… And they were out of the extra crispy chicken, didn’t offer to make more but they did apologize about it. Not really worth going there anymore to me.

I just left here and did not end up eating here for lunch today. Reason being I went in to make my order, I asked to get drumsticks only they said it’s not possible. I asked if I pay more could I get only drumsticks, I was told no. At that point I left, my dad right behind me still tried to order his lunch which he walked out as well right behind me as he has a KFC coupon non expired and they declined him and said that they are privately owned and do not accept any coupons.

First time we hit this particular KFC, after reading all of the reviews it makes one wonder. We had a good experience. We got the fill up meal and it was made the way we ordered it. Some of the chicken could have been fresher and hotter and a little less grease. The only complaint is you never get enough mashed potatoes for the amount of gravy you get. The person working the window was great.

I came through the drive through the other day. I didn’t catch the person’s name but the person with the hot pink hair and yellow glasses at the drive through window was really sweet. They answered a question or two I had about the food and made sure I had everything in my bag. The food was delicious and exactly what I wanted. Great customer service for great food.
