we went to the kfc in kahului maiu on 7/16/23 around 1200 pm we got tbe 8 piece meal with mash gravy and coleslaw we also had a lg ff the chicken was so dry and they gave us a leg with no meat on it

Really the biggest draw for KFC has always been the mashed potatoes. There’s no other fast food place that offers mashed potatoes of the same smooth consistency with some pretty tasty gravy to boot. Their chicken is, ironically, mediocre at best. For me, the chicken is the side and not the main course whenever I eat at KFC.

Ordered the 12 piece meal….3 sides…6 biscuits plus 1 extra side…cost….$69.77…live in Lahaina…get home….8 piece chicken….3 sides….4 biscuits….NO EXTRA SIDE and charged for the extra side cost( $9.99!!!!!) and there was no one in front of us in drive thru!!!!!! Talk about DISAPPOINTMENT and ANGER!!!!! UGH!!!!!!

They say a picture is worth a thousand words. Just look at what they sold me and called it gravy!! It didn’t even pour onto my potatoes…it just went “plop”. I just wasted the money for mashed potatoes (too dry without gravy) and of course the gravy and who needed the drink when there was no food to eat with it??

This is a good place for chicken or meals the food is always fresh and high quality. I have never had a bad meal from here and the customer service is 5 star. These folks at this KFC location need to teach the other fast food places about customer service. Even when they slammed they are on top of it. They are always cheery and joking around. The food is hot and fresh. The place is always clean and the employees are always at there best or great at faking it. I eat out a lot and do food delivery so I interact with a ton of places and this is one of my favorite places to order from or pickup food from. Keep up the great work.

How in the world can u go up on prices Soo much?? The 16 piece chicken went from $32 to $80!!!!! It’s NOT even worth it!!!! Just went n to buy a 16 piece n ended up getting a 8 piece for more money than we used to pay for a 16 piece!!! I said I wouldn’t go back 3 years ago n definitely WILL NOT b going back ever!!! There are other chicken places to eat on Maui that are worth it’s price n u don’t have to deal with idiots.

My husband decided he wanted some chicken tenders and mashed potatoes and gravy!! So glad they are open so late…good service, chicken was great as were the potatoes and gravy. Also the biscuits!! With butter and honey!!❤️
