I ordered the 8 piece family meal with fries for both large sides. Only got one order of fries. The pieces of chicken were breasts and thighs only. Not sure why we didn’t get drums or wings. Check your food before leaving the drive through.

The service is getting better the wait time for food takes to long I deliver food sometimes I site there a good 30 min that’s at least 1 more delivery. The floors are very sticky. Lots of dine in tables there’s dead flys in the light closer to register they really need to hire people who will not only run the food but who can clean ordered the apple turn overs there bomb.

KFC is my go-to for delicious fried chicken. Sides, like mashed potatoes and gravy, are just as tasty as their fried chicken. I love the variety of menu items. There’s something for everyone! It’s a great place to grab a comfort food meal. The flavor and texture are always on point. Customer service is excellent. The staff is always friendly and attentive.

Got the $20.00 fill up box for the first time the other day, after not visiting this peticular KFC, or any other for years. My last visit I got a breast & biscuit no cookie, and I remember it costing close to $7.00. My fill up box came with one corner of the box not secured, so I took the opportunity to check it, while the cashier/ food handler (no gloves) was present. Was going to ask if the fries were fresh after seeing her struggle to scrape up two partial scoops, but I didn’t. Instead I took my two finger and slid the present fries over 2.5″, and stated to her there was a hole there. She responded that was two scoops and she would give me more. She in fact did. She managed to scrape up approximately 3.5 more fries. Now for the kicker: you know how when you cook chicken you normally remove the feathers, well I unfortunately paid for one wing still wanting to fly, or flap, or whatever it chickens do with them while feathed. I discovered a feather on an extra crunchy deep fried tip. I might take a picture and post it as well. Still holding on to it haven’t decided yet. Might start a Gofundme/Auction, and post for the highest bidder…

For it to be the loser of the fast food chicken chains. Prices is overly high, nothing new besides the Mountain dew. Location is horrible. Ordered two sides and a drink and two biscuits, and the total was just under $20 bucks. Last trip last chance. RIP TO KFC

OK, EVERY TIME ME & OR MY FAMILY GOES TO THIS RESTAURANT, THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH SERVICE… USUALLY THE ISSUE IS THEY DONT HAV A CERTAIN FOOD COOKED & OR READY TO SERVE TO CUSTOMERS & THEY DONT OFFER YOU A “WAIT TIME”… THIS TIME IT WAS 920P & THE CASHIER TOLD ME & MY FAMILY & OTHER CUSTOMERS THAT WALKED IN AFTER US THAT THE ONLY FOOD THEY HAD TO SERVE WAS CHICKEN NUGGETS & BISCUITS… I ASKED HIM THE REASON FOR THAT & HE SAID THEY DIDNT WANT TO COOK ANYMORE FOOD THAT LATE & THAT CLOSE TO CLOSING. I ASKED HIM WHAT TIME THEY CLOSED, HE STATED 10P, I ASKED HIM DID HE KNOW IT WAS ONLY 920P, HE SAID YES, SORRY…. Inside dining is not allowed, it’s been closed since Covid, no idea when or if they are going to reopen it. However, the drivethru is open. The girls who work there are super friendly, they double check to make sure your order is right, and they actually give you all the sauces you want. The entrance to the drive-thru could use some attention, but I go for the food and service, which both are great.
