This place has a sign that states the dining room is open from 10am to 11pm. But it is always closed! The employees are on always on perpetual break. They don’t care about profit at all. Go elsewhere! I feel bad for the franchisee, his employees never work!

They are extremely short-staffed. On a regular day 12:30pm there are over 9 customers waiting to get their food while there are only 3 people running the entire store. I would not recommend this KFC.

Unprofessional crew. I ordered a family meal and went up to pay and my food was handed to me by some girl with little to no interest in life, did not ask if I want honey or butter or any sauce with my meal for $40. Get home and my fries were missing, my chicken was so old and dehydrated and possibly cooked 3 times over to keep under a heat lamp. Mac and cheese was old and dehydrated, my portions were like thrown in the container with one scoop, only thing hot but burning hot was the gravy. This place sucks. I knew I should of went to el pollo loco just a few more minutes away. Avoid this place for KFC! Find another location if you want KFC because this place is horrible.

Don’t even order through the app. Food is going to be cold. Fries were stale. The only thing that was fresh was the fried chicken. Even though you have biscuits you still have to ask for honey and butter.

Where do I start! So unprofessional. When taking my order the background noise was unreal. So loud, sounded like a party was going on. Then I was told to pull around to wait for my order. 10 minutes later, still 7 more minutes. I wanted my money returned, so I had to go through the drive through again for that. Then heard an employee say, has anyone started the wings yet? REALLY! This location is a cluster mess. Do NOT go there, so dissatisfied.

I had to go through twice to order as I discovered that half of my order hadn’t made it onto the receipt. I wish they had that feature where you can see your whole order on a video board at the drive through. The food was par. Nice staff. No indoor dining.

Staff here is trash. Management also lacks the know how of how to actually run a place. I once went 2 hours before closing time and somehow for a CHICKEN place they were out entirely of chicken. Pretty ridiculous honestly. If ya want KFC go to literally any other location

This is the worst KFC I have every been to. Every other time I visit this location my order is always a mess, No ice in my drink or it’s flat. Chicken over cooked and fries are old. The worst part of all is the staff, they are all young and have little to no manners. They treat the parking lot like a car show with their personal cars backed in parked near the entrance of the building . They have zero regards for customers, They smoke cigarettes and leave trash everywhere in the front of the store . This location needs an absolute overhaul of the manager and staff ,This has gone on for years . I will be taking my business to Taco Bell and Wendy’s across the street.
