My visit here today was a lot better than previous times. The food was delicious and worth the money wish they actually had the “frosty brewed Rootbeer” with real cane sugar but they removed the tap and they have the fountain drink machin.. sad.

Esteban I believe is the manager at KFC in Lincoln very cordial very professional. Ordered from the website app. Very unprofessional website misleading incorrect people at the store. Fantastic good people try to order directly or go in an order do not go through the app it will overcharge you under charging delete items. You will not know what you’re doing until you get it home. Seven people, Esteban, and his staff are fantastic.

This location cares more about their drive-thru numbers rather than you as the customer. Every time I visit this location regardless of what I ordered in the drive-thru I’m asked to pull up front where I wait between 8-15 minutes just so they can get me out of their line and make their drive-thru times look good. I had this happen today with absolutely no one in the drive-thru behind me because they had to wait for the “patties” to cook. This may be a corporate mandated thing that they push onto their franchises or it may not be, regardless, I will not be eating at this location ever again.

Worst experience everDid not receive large cheese curds I was charged for family size meals,and did not order them I was givin two rootbeer. I stopped by the Lincoln, CA KFC this morning at 11:45 a.m. wanting to try their Wednesday $5.99 chicken fried steak lunch special. Says the lady at the counter “We don’t have that anymore.” So I ask why. “Uh, we ran out.” You ran out of the lunch special at 11:45 a.m. ?? Priceless! Suggestion: Take the great big sign out of your window advertising a $5.99 Wednesday lunch special.

Ordered on the KFC app, arrived and the food wasn’t ready. They looked around and apparently gave it to someone at the drive thru so I stood there waiting for 5-10 minutes for them to remake the order and give it to me with 0 communication. Chicken sandwich was pink but the rest of the food was fine.
