Brendo Las Vegas
Sign on the door says “not accepting dining and carry out orders” but can do mobile pick up so I had to download KFC app. When I went in to pick up my order people are eating in the dining room.

Drive through gave us cold burgers and hot sodas, also missing fries. We took it back and the re-made burgers were not even what we ordered, still failed to give us fries and dismissed us at the window to just wait in the front when no one was even in line at the drive through. Customer service sucked, the food sucked and never got all that we paid for! do NOT recommend.

This is by far the worst KFC I’ve been to. I’m sure there’s plenty out there that are just as horrible but this one is consistently bad and for years. I always think it’s going to be a better experience but tonight was the kicker. Don’t ask me what was in the gravy but it was disgusting. Looks like meat but has the consistency of gristle. I didn’t eat it and I’m not EVER going back to that location again.

This particular KFC needs to be shuttered until a new management or owner can be found, for the last 5 to 8 years this place has more trouble filling a chicken order than a steak only restaurant, it’s rediculous and I’ve been to quite a few KFCs over the years. Most of the employees are nice people, this is 100 percent a owner management issue .

I went there 4 times, and all the times, something was missing. Today they told me that they are going to made me a refund that I need to come inside, and I said no, my kids are sick. That’s why I use the drive thru. Super terrible costumer service. They give you whatever they want. Every time is missing something.

This place is a complete joke. 5:00 pm told I would have to wait 35min for a 2 piece and a 3 piece box of chicken. Every time I come to this KFC they are either out of what you want or wait time is ridiculous. They did better when their lights were completely off before. They definitely need to go out of business or sell this store to someone who wants to sell chicken.
