Had 3 piece dinner. Quality is as expected for a KFC. Diet Pepsi tasted horrible, I tried the Diet Root Beer and it was food. They were cleaning the whole restaurant. Told one of the workers about the diet soda problem.

Who ever was running the drive thru on August 8, 2021 at 7:20pm should be trained on how to talk to customers with respect. Worst experience I’ve ever had at this location. I wish I had gotten his name. He sounded like he might be a manager but he shouldn’t be! He was so rude that I cancelled my order. At that point I was afraid to order food from someone that nasty. I crossed the alley to church’s chicken. The line was longer and I waited a while but it was worth it to be treated nice.
