First note: No drive thru at this location, you must park your car and go in to order, although there is an option for pre-order pickup as well if you order through an app. However, there is no curbside service (no designated pickup spots where your order is brought out to you, you must still go inside to get your order). Good place for a quick meal that you can still get for under $10 if you stick to chicken and biscuit and forego the sides and drink. Crust is tasty as it was 30 years ago and my chicken has never been dry. Careful of the biscuits as they can be addicting being extremely high in fat and calories. Try the hot sauce too.

This KFC may have been having a bad day, but it was the worst one I have had the misfortune of visiting , the tables were dirty, my seat was sticky, they seemed to have had a plumbing issue and the location smelled of sewage, and even though they had cleaned up whatever spill they had, nothing was put back even though everything was dry, the order was messed up to boot. I reluctantly ate my meal and left because I was in a hurry. The food was properly cooked and was good. But I would stay clear of this place.

Our chicken that we purchased tonight was bad it was pink inside and the Batter was still clumpy on the inner part if the skin very disappointed in the meal and our biscuits were doey not going back to this KFC anymore this us the one on Story Rd. and Tully Rd.

THE MIGHTY EAST WE STAY RISING
I love my East side but this place was slow service was polite but I ordered before 2 other people and it seemed to take wwaaaaay longer than every one elses it wasnt much drink just tasted like water.. couldnt really enjoy eating due to the work being done. Perhaps when work will be done put a sign and close the sitting areas.. We had to deal with banging and also a very horrible smell from drilling not a great taste in the mouth to have woth your food nor to breathe in, in general
