Bought the complete large family deal but forgot the cookies!!! The manager was rude and put the wrong size of Mac and cheese. They put a single serving instead of a full size and she didn’t want to correct it!! I would not recommend this KFC!!! Orders are wrong and cold!!

Just went to KFC on lunch, only to receive what they call a biscuit, I would call a petrified bread for animal feed, maybe, no boxes for lunch either, my biscuit was so hard, KFC didnt know what it was, they called it Fries as the picture shows… First time they’re potatoes and gravy , extra bland il almost scared to try wings, looking at them and seeing that they aren’t properly fried, due to color being yellow..straight reflection or management or better , lack of management…..oh, I tried the wings, ….if ya want to know whT they tasted like, try making pigs in a blanket,..but dodnt cook them….pure dough or disgusting unflavored batter…I stand by my words …

They lock the doors an hour before they actually close. They close at 10 but lock the doors and hide in the back at about9. Disgraceful. This isn’t a once in a while thing either, its nearly every single night. I hope corporate sees this and comes down on them

This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and the most inexperienced, untrained, rude and unprofessional staff I’ve dealt with. I decided to give this place a try as I noticed they redid the whole building and looked newer. I ordered ahead of time online so I could visit the restaurant and do a quick pick up inside so I wouldn’t wait in the drive thru. I received the mobile order notification that my order was ready and they have parking locations that specifically say to park there and head inside for mobile order pick up. I parked and headed inside but both of the doors were locked. They literally have signs on their doors that say if you’re there for mobile order or door dash that the doors will open so you can come inside and grab your order. I waited 10 minutes at the door and no one came to unlock it. I made eye contact with 3 separate employees and they just ran to the back behind where they store the cooked chicken and never came to assist me. I noticed they were talking about me because a different employee would peek their head around to look at me and then go back to talking. I was in shock seeing this happen and I even pulled on the door to show them I was trying to go in and still was completely ignored. After 10 minutes of standing at the entrance being stared at I was fed up so I had to line up behind 3 cars in the drive thru and even right when you enter the drive thru line they have a big sign that says Mobile Orders pick up inside. I told the employee I was there for a mobile order and they just said pull up to the window. They didn’t acknowledge me or mention anything of me standing at the door. What’s even worse is the employee who stared at me directly and didn’t answer me stood behind the employee who handed me my food and just looked at me again. I was so frustrated I didn’t say a word to any of them and I left. Hopefully management sees this and trains their employees to be respectful and teaches them how to answer a door. I don’t understand why the door is locked in the first place if there are so many other dashers and mobile orders there. While I was standing there waiting I noticed 3 people try to go in and order but the door was locked so they just drive away. Not only are the employees rude, but they also driving away business by doing this.

Went to redeem survey coupon , the coupon clearly says do the survey within 7 day’s and EXPIRES in 30 days. It was day 17. I was denied my free chicken sandwich. The manager can not read English or understand the coupon I drove out of my way to get this offer. Because my receipt was modified I could not use it to do another survey to complain. Called complaint # got a little satisfaction but not happy with the experience. ON the survey completed coupon that order of popcorn chicken which costs $5.79 was mostly fried dough. Only 6 had chicken in them

Worst service and food I have ever had at KFC! Skin on chicken tasted like it had been under lights for 2 days…hard as a rock, and so was biscuit. Mashed potatoes tasted old as well. Took over 10 minutes to get waited on with only 1 person ahead of me. Very disappointing experience.
