Poor customer service. I was charged for something that I did not order and when I told the girl at the window ahe said it automatically charges with the 8 pc family and nowhere does it specifies this on their board or online. Terrible customer service. Not the first time I’ve had bad experiences with this place. I tried calling but there was no answer.

we ordered a 12 piece chicken set for $56 and they did not include the biscuits in the order. When we went back, she tried to throw the biscuits into the order when the rest of my food was already cold, and they would not give us a fresh order, and they had a bad attitude while performing the service. so we waited in line for 20 minutes to get the biscuits by which time the rest of the order were cold because there was no walking for service.

Clean, well lit, remodeled location. Gets a bit show during peak periods such as lunch but that’s to be expected. Visited 3 times now, twice in drive through once in store. Food had been hot and fresh, service good, no complaints.

Chicken was not hot, it was extremely dry and rubbery, wasn’t for human consumption, tasted like it was refried at one point. The biscuits were stones. I would have retuned the family meal and the 4 cookies but I was way to busy, we gave it to our dogs as treats. They were happy with it l.

Yummy chicken and mashed potatoes but a very dangerous location to go to! I just got robbed by two masked men and they took my bucket of extra crispy chicken and mashed potatoes! So I went back in there and bought another bucket and took off from here! Keep up the good work kfc!!!!

The food is very good the french fries were fresh and hot the chicken was the original it tasted great well cleaned not overcooked but for just those two items it came to $8 why would somebody pay $4 for French fries I won’t do that again I just wanted some Taste of famous Kentucky Fried Chicken or is it called a k f c I don’t know why they cut the name like that probably because of the pricing

Staff is trying,but only half of their equipment was in working order. Longer wait than expected. Store needs support from management. It is the closest location to Oracle stadium complex so the spill over on game day affect business. My food was good, but workers seemed stressed.

They seem to put what they want inside your meal of the chicken is like been sitting there for a long time and then when you take it home you don’t even get to see how nasty it really looks but some people like it and some don’t but when I ordered my stuff I told him regular and they sent me spicy instead so you know the communication is very wrong there you need to go inside to see exactly what the food looks like an awesome especially you do but I didn’t like it I wouldn’t even I haven’t even gone back there again that’s my advice or well that’s my option to say thank you.

Beware when leaving this drive through. There’s an enormous hole in the road that gets hidden when it rains. You will ruin the underside of your car. And if your car is lowered, forget about this KFC altogether.
