The worst KFC experience ever. I ordered quick pick-up. After I got home, I realized that it was missing a chicken sandwich and a large mashed potatoes with gravy.

Staff was sweet for sure, but the food was in my bag with no napkins. Weren’t asked if we wanted sauce. Then floor to restrooms was EXTREMELY slippery, like grease coated. I told an employee as someone could slip and sue, but they shrugged their shoulders and I don’t think they did anything. If I were the store manager I’d get right on that immediately, such a hazard. Too bad as employees were kind and sweet, but not sure how training works at this location. Interesting. Food was like at any KFC.

The staff here are friendly and the food is usually just ok, but half of the time either no one is taking drive thru orders or their doors are locked during business hours. I’m sitting in the parking lot right now at 11 am on a saturday, there are employees inside, their signs are out, but once again, their doors are locked and the staff just pretends to not see me. I’m being honest when I say this is probably the 3rd time this has happened in under 2 years.

This is the worst of the worst. Chicken was deep fried in 5 years old oil, on 900°F for probably hours. You could probably break a window with that chicken if you’d smash it against a window. To cool it off, you may want to drink a nice soda refresher, but not there. NO ice cubes and NO cooled drinks. BUT pay the full price. Many times, your order needs to be double checked for accuracy. The coleslaw was packed in some kind of Chinese takeaway tin with plastic foil around it. What the heck? It was very tasteless and dry.

Avoid this location. I bought fried chicken bucket and burger. And once I reached home I found cold slow was spoiled and already smelling bad. Next day I informed them and the manager(name: latasia or something similar) says they don’t serve spoiled item. Not only she denied but her approach was rude too. I didn’t ask for replacement, just informed her and still she was angry!!! Will go other KFCs next time
