We went to the drive thru because it says it’s open till 1030. No one answered so we pulled up to the window and the worker was sitting on the counter with no mask chewing on his fingers and picking his nose.

The only problem with this place is how insecure they are about their drive-thru time. 9/10 times you will be parked up front and will have to wait. I understand why they do this, but I can assure the staff that while it may be stress inducing, orders would be a lot more efficient keeping people in line. Plus I’d rather wait 15 minutes in a long line, then wait 5-10 minutes out front because I thought it was empty. Putting cars out front only allows more cars to add to the work load.

Happen to me twice now, gave me wrong order. Just stopped in and ordered famous bowl meal with side of Mac n cheese. Pretty simple order. They gave me a side of gravy instead and no cookie (not that I really care about a cookie). Someone in there needs to start paying more attention.

I’ve been to this KFC about 3 times now. I would say this is by far the worst KFC branch that I have ever been to. They never have the chicken that you’re trying to order-the lady running the drive thru is hard of hearing. I don’t recommend coming here, save yourself the trouble and just go to Popeyes which is located right down the street.

Twice we’ve gone here around 6pm, most recently yesterday. When ordering I was told they were out of white meat chicken. They only had thighs left. Not sure how this happens at a place that has chicken in their name.

Shut this location down. It’s very disappointing. This location never have the fish & chips but yet they have the advertisement flyer in their window. Some days the pot pies are not baked fresh but sat for a while. Some days the A&W side is close & somedays they have no chicken sandwiches. And there are days they just plain don’t open for business.
