Got my order all wrong but didn’t forget to charge me for it. I didn’t bother opening the box to check but was missing a piece of chicken, got 2 pieces very crispy (very dry and hard almost like jerky). Asked for jalapeños and got the tiniest ever! Side dish wss not what I ordered. I WILL NEVER go there and rather drive to the north side where they get my order right and don’t DRY the chicken. Hope they are NOT getting paid $22 an hr because they do NOT deserve it. Guy taking the payment at drive through was nice, though!

Walked in and left unattended for several minutes until called for help multiple times. Then was refused service because they “can’t take orders inside” when the machine is clearly working. The door was open and no signs were up about indoor orders suspension. Spoke with Andrew. No apologies. Blamed me for walking into the (open) store and jumping the line to order (no one was waiting to order, there were several customers waiting to pick up). We had several back and forth but suddenly left me and ignored my calls for help. When asked for his full name, he refused to give his last name.
