First time visitor to this location. Had a great experience, the order was done right, even though I had to wait for the food to be prepared. The wait is worthwhile, I prefer well prepared food over sloppy service. The crew was very friendly, tables clean and all was good service. I sure will be back soon!

New chicken in the Bowles. BBQ is dreadfull the should have kept the original sauce. We go here because the wife and kid have liked it. After today though, they feel as I do. Hopefully we I don’t have to do the KFC thing anymore.

Not one to complain. But these girls are horrible and obviously hate their jobs. I walked up to the coubter to ask for straws and every employee starred at me and not once asked if I needed something as I stood there for 5 mins not to mention the girl with the attitude that slowly took her time to walk to the back just to come back empty handed and get the straws from the drive through and grabs a few and throws them on the counter and tells me to refill the slot… smh just pathetic the lack of management shows and the workers there will be the reason they lose many customers. I wish I would’ve got the girls name because she should be embarrassed

The food was good, but the people who work there cannot count change, and try to steal your money if you don’t keep an eye on them. Not sure I will return to this establishment because of the this issue.

Drive through – ordered 2 pc fish & more. No eye contact! Only gave me my total. No napkins, no silverware. No offer of any condiments! No service or acknowledgement of a customer at all!!
