I was going through the parking lot thinking, great! no parking spots, it’s going to be a long wait. Turned out that nobody was in there, all the employees took all the front spots. Almost went to subway because of this. The staff is kinda rude with an attitude, of you don’t like your job, go get a different one.

My wife went through the drive thru and ordered 2 double downs and Instead got 2 spicy chicken sandwiches.. there was no straws or napkins in the bag and the 2 Dr peppers we ordered tasted horrible.. just flat

The food is mediocre at best, and definitely not worth the price. Spent $90 00 a couple of nights ago and I would say about $70.00 went into the trash. Upset stomachs and nausea must have been in the fine print…won’t be eating here again…but if you do, check your packaging on your gravy. Our lids weren’t placed correctly and we lost it all in the bag…so disappointed

2nd time this year (mind you its march) I have placed an online order and had to cancel because “they ran out of chicken” I was also told by an employee that I should have asked before placing my order. I’m sorry, I forgot this was a business who’s whole focus was chicken. Save yourself some time and order from another KFC.

Customer service and food is always good! Only complaint I have is that the listed phone number seems to go to a cell phone voice mail. I ordered a couple of the deep fried Cajun turkeys (excellent) for thanksgiving but needed to change my pickup time. Tried calling the store multiple times with no luck. Had to go back into the store to change my pickup time.
