Ordered $40 worth of 3 simple combo meals only to be parked in front for 20 mins to wait. I went inside and was handed a single bag with everything stuffed inside half unwrapped and upside down. The BBQ packets were punctured and sauce was everywhere. The fires were cold and stale. No apology, no smile. Rude staff!! BTW, the nuggets are awful.

Man! Whoever put this order was really mad. We ordered extra crispy but got extra soggy. Chicken was really really oily and tasted like the oil hasn’t been changed in awhile. That’s truly a shame. I told my son that I haven’t had KFC in a long time. After this, it might be a much longer time. That’s too bad. I grew up on this stuff.

Went there the other night around 9:50 and they pretended they were already closed. Aside from that the last time I went to this location the food was old. The white lane location is better even when it’s doordashed so I’d recommend going elsewhere at least at night.

They gave me burnt chicken, I know they saw that it was burned and yet they still threw it in my 12 piece bucket.
