This store doesn’t have anything available beside chicken and potatoes! None of the wraps or new things they advertise??? Not even BBQ chicken Sandwiches?? Really what’s wrong with this town we have very little to chose from and none of the places participate in deals or have anything the other restaurants offer just a 20 minute drive out of town. Sounds like someone isn’t doing there job or we just don’t get choices in this over priced town. Walked out without ordering and disappointed as usual.

Kentucky Fried Chicken is always satisfying and their employees are usually respectful also rarely ever make mistakes on the food:) I dont go often but since i was a little girl i can remember that me and my family would always enjoy our food without any problems or issues. This KFC is actually really nice inside, and the employees are really kind. The manager – or so I believe he is – was very helpful to my girlfriend and I; we are not used to eating at KFC so we were not sure what to order, but he very kindly and patiently helped us. Really happy with this place! 🙂

Went to get lunch today for my co workers and me. Ordered the 12 meal…they did not have 3 wings at 11:55 to fill my order.The girl manager asked me if i wanted 3 more legs, i said no thanks ! I really do not care for them… Asked if i could 1 breast or 2 thighs? i thought i was being reasonable…The girl manager said no, because those are big pieces…. like it was my fault they were out of wings at 11:55… She was rude and unprofessional !!! WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE? Then i took a good look around, at 12:10 lunch time for a lot of us…. there were only a couple of customers in there… go figure!!! My co worker needed the rest room, she asked for the key …walked in…and ran out!!! She said it was absolutely DISGUSTING!!! maybe the owners should reevaluate the MANAGER!!! Before you have no more customers…. We will not be back!!!! so keep up the great attitude!!! and the clean bathroom….I cant believe this manager has been there for 3 years, and you have any customers at all….

I don’t understand how KFC can mess up on hot wings. Wing stop is ur best choice for that. Otherwise all if their menu choices are edible. The goleta location is by far way better than the one on the east side
