Ordered the famous bowl and a small side of coleslaw. On the menu it says ‘add a side for 2.99’ this is the 2nd time I have been charged 3.49. And the coleslaw is so dry not too much vinegar not eating it. Famous bowl was good.

The chicken tasted really old but the mashed potatoes tasted amazing. The service is a bit slow but it’s ok. Fact, the chicken here looked like it was made a week ago, it sticks to the meat. When we asked to give us a crisp chicken chicken, came out having barely any crisp. I hate it.

I went through the drive thru and their debit was down so it was cash only. I bought a 12 piece meal which I had to pull around to wait for. After getting home I found the chicken was burnt so badly the skin broke off not pealed off as normal. When calling I was told I would need to return the food. The whole point of the drive thru is to get your food and go home. Sure wish they could have gotten it right or at least offered more options than to get redressed and drive back.

First we tried to order a family meal original and was told they only had dark meat.. so we had to get extra crispy. the girl at drive up window was very rude and acted like we we crazy to ask for honey and butter. We checked our bag before leaving and they did not put our fries or the honey and butter.. I had to go in and asked for the thinks left out. The lady at counter was nice and apologized. But the girl at the drive up looked at me like I was crazy. Such an aweful experience … Next time it’s Stater brothers

This place don’t even desire a star if your looking for a good meal after working all day do yourself a Big favor and DRIVE FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM KFC OFF OF HAMMER IN NORCO!!! The cashier Ayana is indeed the worst I’ve came across she’s rude, don’t have customer service skills none what so ever…She basicly throw my meal at me then walked off wow is that the way your treating your guess now smh…She might don’t need her job so hire someone with more values and with job ethics!! Thanks Ayana you deserve the trophy for being a joke and ppl person, I will be calling cooperation in the morning.

Ordered 3, 4 piece meals. When I got home there were only 2 peices of chicken in each meal. Mashed potatoes had maybe a teaspoon of gravy. For 50 bucks. Not much of a deal. Won’t be going back.
