I ate here recently and I couldn’t believe how bad the service was. I remember Kentucky Fried Chicken used to have good food(at reasonable prices), great service and, a nice environment. I was shocked on how bad the food was. The mashed potatoes were cold and tasted like instant, (as was the gravy) and, the chicken was greasy. The girls working were too busy on their phones to even take my order. I had to wait to place my order and I was the only guest, no one was even in the drive-thru. I’m bummed that this once great fast food store is now just another dying icon. I’ll try the San Juan store and see if they are hopefully better.

Online order. The fries were cold. The drink was warm. Multiple ceiling tiles and lights were leaking water. One bathroom was out of service, and the other was disgusting with no paper towels.

Worst KFC I have ever been too. Our food was downright disgusting. A few bites in, we couldn’t force ourselves to eat it. Threw it all away. Woman taking our order wasn’t exactly friendly either. I’d go somewhere else unless you want dry, crusty food that tastes like they microwaved something that’s 2 weeks old.

Came at a time with no line. Pleasantly surprising because it was the first day with the Beyond Meat chicken available. Besides being a little rough, and a bit dry texture wise it’s a win for me, a nice healthy crisp on the outside a well. Less carbs and much more protein is something I won’t complain about especially when it tastes as good as this.

Shame of service. Cashier trow my change she hand money and food without wash her hands. Ask for sauce to a guy and also trow sauce packets on counter top. Definitely will never get back to this place. All floors are sticky and dirty too. Will not get surprised if this place get shut down

The manager her helped us with our order the last time we came. We had a coupon and for whatever reason, the computer at this location didn’t have the coupon deal in their system. So the manager figured some things out and hooked us up with an even better deal than what we had the coupon for. Level of customer service, quick thinking, delivery of solution, and positivity throughout made the experience so great. You don’t have expect to get that level of service anymore at places like this. I hope that guy moves up the ladder quickly. I missed his name… but if you go here… you’ll know right away if you see him. Oh yeah… the chicken was great too.
