Meh. Everything at the store seemed like the minimum effort was given, but it was fine. Had to drive home for a bit so we expected our food to be a little cold. But we soon figured out they had ripped a wing into 3 pieces. So our 8 piece bucket was two sad drumsticks, two thighs, one breast, and three PARTS of a wing. Luckily it was enough for the kids but I was left gnawing on bones. Too far away to go back. I doubt they would care if I called. KFC is too expensive for what you get anyway, but that was ridiculous.

I called in to place an order, the girl who answered the phone said that they don’t take orders through the phone which I understand. I then asked her nicely if they could at least have some hot wings ready within the next 20 minutes so by the time I’ll get there they could be ready because every time I go and order wings at the counter I have to wait 15 to 20 minutes to get my order. She was really rude and said that they cannot do that and just hung up the phone on me. This is such a bad customer service and the management should take actions to correct it. When I got to the store I just turned around and left, this place was dirty and had trash everywhere. the girl at the register had really bad presentation to be working in a restaurant. it seemed like she just woke up and went straight to work. honestly this has been a really bad experience for me and i would not recommend to go to this place.

5 p.m. on a Sunday evening and they didn’t have half the menu items or they were going to be at least 20 minute wait. Store was dirty and dark. When we did receive our order food was lukewarm and the chicken wasn’t cooked very thoroughly. Nothing I like better than spending $28 on food that I won’t eat

Driving south heading for San Diego. Decided to get the family a quick bit to eat. My 4 year old badly needed to use the restaurant. I asked the employee if the bathroom was truly out of order. He looks at my kid doing the potty dance and said no, it not working. So I take him elsewhere..we then come back to pick up our food and eat. Thats when we see the same employee leave th e restroom. I highly doubt they went in there to only wash their hands. Just awful that paying customers let alone a child can’t use the restroom. Never stopping by here again

I usually never do reviews but this is time to do 1. I WI was in the San Juan Capistrano Kentucky Fried Chicken fried chicken fried chicken and ordered my usual popcorn chicken. Much to my dismay I got home and found that the Box was filled with less than dime size nuggets. I spoke with the manager and she told me you get what you get you get. It with no compensation to an unhappy customer. I will contact corporate regarding their quality control in their stores and customer satisfaction.

This was honestly the grossest chicken I have ever had in my 50 years on this planet. I love KFC it’s my favorite chicken however this San Juan Store obtains the individuals that obviously do not follow the KFC guidelines pertaining to food preparation as well as customer service and simple knowledge of their menu and current prices.. I went back after my first experience was horrible thinking it was just me having a off day… nope that store is horrible go see for yourself …

I do go to different restaurants a lot and this was the worst food I have ever tasted after being here in the states for over a year now! The fries were super oily and salty. They were running out of supply, so we didn’t have options to choose. The stuffs were good and humble, but the food sucks!
