I phoned in a to-go order because the online option isn’t user friendly. I dictated the order to the worker who was serving walk-in customers, asked his name and told him my roommate would be picking up in 15 minutes, and would be asking for him. He said that was fine. The order was not ready, and the worker to whom I spoke wasn’t there. The servers did not know about the order, although the one who picked up the phone repeated the order perfectly. My roommate requested a serving of honey butter as well as the dinners we wanted. The food was great, as always. But the honey butter was missing, although she was charged for it. So, that was our experience.

I got 3 peice tenders and fries, the fries were rock hard and the tenders were barley warm. I don’t understand why I’d spend any more money there if they don’t care to keep their food up to date. Plus the customer service there was terrible , she seemed like she hated her job and didn’t care to smile or say hello. When I asked for sauce she had attitude.
