Came in for some fried chicken. I asked if they can fry 4 crispy pieces for me as I did not want ones that had been sitting. Cashier said no problem so I ordered and paid. After I ordered cashier comes back and says sorry we don’t have someone now who can make the chicken. They had a total of 6-7 employees with a manager on duty at 4:00 pm and not one person could make chicken with pretty much 7 people and a manager there. That is either incompetent employees or poor customer service. If I owned this place management and employees would get replaced. Walk into Popcorn Chicken next door and they will make you (fry it) chicken right when you order it.

My visit today was fantastic. The gentleman that took my order was quick, accurate, and professional. When I recieved my food, he made sure I got any sauces that I wanted without limiting the amounts. I never understood why some fast food employees refuse to give you more than one or two dipping sauces. The staff, especially the young man working the register at 5PM on Tuesday June 22nd 2021, were on point today.

Horrible costumer service. We ordered a “chicken sandwich combo” and didn’t receive our fries. We were handed the drink only. We got back in line to ask for our fries and the girl argued with us saying we never ordered a combo yet she handed us a drink. She laughed and said that now that we are in line we now HAVE to also pay for that drink that was given to us AND the fries. This makes absolutely no sense when the combo that we ordered has to Include it. She argued with us and shut us down by telling us she will hand us our receipt at the window to prove us wrong. Keep in mind she gave us attitude the whole time. We saw he looking for our order and the computer said “combo”. By the time we got to the window she had a male step in to hand us the fries . She wouldn’t even look at us nor handed us our promised receipt. IT WAS THE PREGNANT LADY AT THIS LOCATION. Then when we told the guy she gave us attitude he did not care at all. Please work on your costumer service. I felt a lot of aggressiveness from her. And after she saw she was wrong she didn’t even apologize or talk to us.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is not the best KFC, but the only one close to home, and we only wanted cole slaw. My husband went in, and the young kid behind the counter yelled at him to put on a mask. Then the old guy behind the counter, yelled in a hateful voice, Yeah, put on a mask. There is no indoor mask requirement in Orange County for fully vaccinated people, at this point. They were just jerks! There was no one else inside, so there was no reason to wear a mask. People think they have so much authority in those positions. No wonder they are closing in 3 days.

Ordered pickup online & paid online. Had to go inside to pick up but we were all wearing masks & no other customerd in order/pickup area. Chicken- original recipe- was great as usual. Loved that we got 2 large sides with legs and thighs combo. This KFC also sells Taco Bell so it can be busy at popular meal times.

Just got burned again here. Ordered a 3 piece combo meal in the drive thru. Chicken was dry and shriveled up. To the point where you wonder how can a chicken establishment that is ostensibly cooking chicken throughout the day, even be in possession of poultry that is in such a pathetic state. If I cooked some chicken up in the morning and left it out for 12 hours, I don’t believe it would have been in such poor condition as the chicken I received. Shame on this place for serving that let alone charging money for it. Giving two stars because they’re open pretty late.

I came in to order my food. I waited in line for quite a while. The guy infront of me was about to order just when someone else came and told the cashier “drive thru only, because they are fixing the front door window” that wasn’t the issue when you took other people order before us. Next time they should have a sign saying “DRIVE THRU ONLY instead of having me waste my lunch time and other people time.

The manager there was so rude. We went there and ordered something on a Monday. The cashier asked us to swipe our credit card 3-4 times because he said the machine was not working properly. The next day I saw that I got charged 4 times for one order. I went back there on Wednesday to get the refund and the manager refused to give me a refund and did not even say sorry for their mistake. She asked us to call our bank and dispute the transaction. She should have at least apologized!!!
