I ask the manager a week ago if she can have someone clean the ADA bars in front of there restaurant cause people like me really need them. Today I went in and the same mess. Makes you think about the places you can’t see as a customer. This place really needs new management. This KFC IS NOT ADA (Americans with Disabilities) friendly. Go to popeyes there about 1/2 mile down the street.

The customer service here is horrible. You have really a lot of kids cussing and playing instead of working. They never have fries hardly and they don’t ever cook enough crispy. They want let you use bathroom except wen they want you too. The young black girl manager is rude. There is a Hispanic heavy set manager which is rude as well. Im really taken back you all let this go on. I was gonna go today but you just lost a customer due to your poor customer service. The food is ok but customer service means much..

Love that KFC is new to Perris near me. No matter what time or day I order at this location, they “never” have crispy chicken, only original receipe. How you run out of crispy chicken at 12:05 pm and you open up at 10:00 am? Very disappointed.

The service is horrible. They never have the food ready and they make u wait 15 minutes just to make more fries. And this is all the time. Horrible horrible customer service. These people are getting paid for nothing. Much be a franchise. Shame shame! Horrible G.M needs to teach customer service skills and take some classes as well , pick people with more of a work ethic. They also add water too their salsa bcuz the workers are too lazy to make more. Just a complete turn off

3rd time I visit to order a family meal and they tell me they do not have enough to make a meal. Not sure why this place is still in business with the amount of low reviews they have. Who manages this place? For KFC to be as big as they are I can’t believe that corporate headquarters has not looked into this.

Would never come back here again, I tired to buy a family meal of an 8 piece. The cashier said she wasn’t going to let me buy that much of an amount, I then asked why..she proceeded in telling me I can only buy a 2 piece..I asked once more why? She then says she can’t sell me what I want and for me to go somewhere else. I asked for her name so that the manager can speak to her about her rudeness. Horrible employees especially the cashier/team member Kaitlyn!! No customer service whatsoever. They always lock the doors inside and close early. By almost 8pm they never have chicken breast because they’re closing and don’t want to make anymore. The hours online say 11pm close..? This last time I came 6/27/2022 we waited in drive thru at 7:58pm. The cashier on the speaker KAITLYN very rudely said we only have leg and thighs after asking for a chicken breast meal. Okaaayy. So we ordered a 3 piece tender meal. Once we get to the window we realize we didn’t ask for mashed potatoes instead of the fries it comes with. As we get to the window she tells us the total amd My boyfriend very kindly asks her if she can switch the fries out for mashed potatoes. She straight up says “No. We already packed it”. My boyfriend just looked at her for a second and asked again she tells him the same thing. I am shocked that she says no so I look at her and I say what do you mean? You can’t just switch it?? She looks at me and says “huh?” So I repeat my self and she still says NO. I was too stunned to say anything else at her complete rudeness, laziness and lack of customer service. She didn’t even hand us the food yet so there was no good reason it couldn’t be switched.

This is the worst KFC I’ve ever been to employees were really rude and beyond slow I ordered a 12 piece nugget that’s it and I was waiting for 45 mins I asked for a refund and they told me no refunds I finally got the food and it was aweful I wouldn’t recommend this place at all
