Well, hmmmmm, not much can be said except that the service was very good, the place was clean and the chicken was good enough, definitely better than Popeyes chicken, but not as good as original recipe back in the days before Covid. Lord I wish original recipe would come back like it used to be. This place at least the chicken was better than most other places. The corn and green beans were tasteless not savory at all. .

Drive thru again, chicken was really greasy both to the touch & eating. I made sure to ask for plenty of napkins. I had the Chicken Pie almost as good as Marie Calendar’s pot pie. Normal drive up service

I was interested in trying the new chicken sandwich but the intercom in the drive through was so bad that neither I nor the person trying to take my order could understand each other so i gave up and just ordered a large potatoes and gravy and then hit Arby’s. The gravy was watery and since that’s the primary standard by which I judge all KFC’s, this place didn’t fare so well in my evaluation. Additionally, the container of gravy was only half filled so I ran out of gravy before I ran out of potatoes which is the kiss of death for me ever returning to a location. On the upside, the employees seemed friendly

This is a great place to go especially if you’re out shopping and need to grab something to take home and feed the family. You can get a complete meal with chicken and all of the sides so there will be something for everyone.

Went through the drive thru and the lady was very polite and very professional and attentive. When I got to the windows she was even nicer and even asked if I needed any sauces which is rear most places are stingy with their condiments… I believe her name was Monique.. Good job and keep up the good work and hire more employees like her!!

Poor customer service. Food doesn’t seem fresh. All efforts seem to be reserved for the drive through, and the orders aren’t exactly complete. Standing in the front counter could become very boring as no one from the staff would acknowledge a person standing- all because the order picked up in the drive through wasn’t complete. And maybe the food could have tasted better if it didn’t get cold, all because of the wait time.
