We tried the chicken pot pie. Mine was awesome..but mom found a chicken bone in hers. Bummer, otherwise easy to do the app, drove up in the rain via drivethru, didn’t do the curbside as why ask someone to get wet from the weather. Friendly at window.

I go to this place often and always have good service and good food. My wife went here on Fathersday to get 3 chicken sandwithces. Unlike all the many times in the past the sandwiches were like they were made from chicken reheated from the day before. I sure hope this is not the new norm.

Ordered thru the app the 8 piece chicken and 8 piece tenders meal only go 6 pieces of chicken was missing a breast and a wing and rubbery tenders like if they were made yesterday never coming back to this location

Placed mobile order and got here, told me to park in the parking lot they would bring me the order. After 4 cars of customers came after me finished ordering and away with their food, I already waited 20 minutes in the parking lot. No one came out at all. I got to ask them about the order, and THEN they just started making my order. Seriously? There waa no other customers where I arrived.

Very poor and disorganized and dirty. And to top it all Rude team…. One person came and looked at my order on the phone and apperantly couldn’t understand or read so he left no acknowledgement from his part, like a simple hello or welcome to KFC, on another note, he left to ask for help when the lady came also no acknowledgement or even apologize for the confusion or even say hello…. Totally bad experience on most of the things that should be easy to do and a must do to all customers….. Poor management….needs restraining or just get another one
