$18.99 for 8-pc tenders. At $2.37 a piece I expect my tenders to be fresh. Not so fresh apparently. I got half and half. Four pieces that have been sitting under the heat lamps for I don’t know how long, and 4 fresh out of the fryer. Wings have so much batter you barely have any chicken on the bone. I forgot to tell them to put the sauce on the side, so I got an overly-sauced up, barely any meat chicken wings. Their spicy chicken sandwich is more salty than spicy. I order the regular chicken sandwich and use my own spicy chili sauce.

I made an online order for our potluck and picked up the food without checking it because I was in a hurry going to work. Ordered special offer with chicken and nuggets but at the time we open the food, the dozen nuggets are missing. Lesson learned: check your order before leaving.

this place deserves negative stars. i put in my online order at about 9:00pm. They had to audacity to mark the order as “finished” and wait until my delivery driver arrives to the restaurant to tell them that they’re….wait for it…OUT OF CHICKEN. If that were really the truth, they should have said something in advance, shut down the store, marked every chicken item as out of stock, but no…they did nothing. which leads me to believe that the reason for their chicken outage is due to the employees being too lazy to prepare more. Not to mention that this is not the first time that they’ve done this. hands down the worst KFC in Los Angeles. Dont go here

It utter both lying and ripping off for what they did. I came into KFC on Wednesday night at around 8pm. I order a New Spicy Chicken Sandwich. When I got home I noticed the sandwich is smaller than usual. It wasn’t until my second bite when the chicken patty fell out, that it was two chicken littles in a bun. I will file a complaint to corporate. You guys ripped me off and try to hid another product with another.

Pieces of chicken has shrunk!! Piegion pieces is more like it KFP, went to KFC in LA size of chicken pieces were Huge in comparing to the KFC in Baldwin park They might as well start making tamales for the holidays 12/4/22 hubby goes to Kentucky fry Chicken at 5pm the resturant has No CHICKEN! Horrible service. I order online only for when I show up that they didn’t even prepare my order. They started my order when I asked for it but help everyone else who order here at the restaurant. So basically I paid in advance online, I got a time for when food will be ready. Only to get to the restaurant wait and THEN only after I asked about my order. Is when they start to work on it. They don’t apologize or offer any form on compensation

It’s my first time coming to this location since they first opened up and i was craving some tenders, the Workers were really sweet and kind, the store was really clean and taken care of and everything was organized neatly, I Had some spicy Nashville tenders and they were so crispy/crunchy and the fries were really good as well. At the end of the day it’s fast food not too much to complain.
