Absolute worst customer service, ever! Employees are rude and inattentive. I ordered online and arrived at my scheduled time. The cashier told me they would start on my order. While sitting and waiting, I watched the “Manager” being rude to customers and loudly talking bad about them after they leave, for everybody in the restaurant to hear. A half hour later, a young woman asked if she could help me. I told her I was still waiting for my order. She said, “Oh, it’s right here”, indicating the box where delivery drivers pick up orders. By this time, the food was cold and two of our five meals went uneaten. This is just one of a long list of issues I have had with this location. I have NEVER had a pleasant experience at this location. If my family didn’t request KFC on occasion, I would never return to this restaurant. The Franchisee is as unresponsive as the employees are rude.

If you go thru the drive thru make sure you check your order. They do seem to get it wrong from time to time. But aside from that the staff is very friendly. The wait is generally very short and they have super delicious fried chicken and mashed potatoes and gravy! Their biscuits are pretty yummy too especially with honey sauce. Always a great choice for fast yummy fried chicken and sides.

The food is good, it’s typical KFC food. The problem is, every single time I go to this location, something is done incorrectly or is missing. They particularly don’t seem to care about giving the correct sauces, even when you pay extra for them. I have to meticulously check my entire order and correct mistakes every time before I leave.

Dinning room closed at 8PM. Door has 9PM. Ordered at 8:10 and went home to eat. Planned to eat in. I don’t understand some things sometimes. Frack this place. Gone downhill.

This KFC was not that great. The chicken was old and cold. If you like KFC I would try a different one. The customer service was bad as well. They charge me almost ten dollars for chicken that was left under the heat lamps for a long time. I don’t think I will ever go back to this one.

I ordered the crispy fried chicken. Bland, tasteless. Where are the herbs and spices. I guess they walked out that day. Also why have posters, and menu items that are no longer available. Ie spicy chicken bowls .
