The customer service at this location is extremely poor. I would not call it rude though. The service is very dry, unfriendly, unapologetic, inconsiderate and more. The setting comes off rude because of the lacking of the the much needed attributes. The picture of the female worker from another review is definitely one of the individuals that contributes to the bad service here. That woman actually grunted at me and asked me what I wanted. When working customer service one need’s to be friendlier and at least state something like ” Hello, how can I help you”. The food here was good though and as can be expected from a KFC. Hopefully someone comes out and corrects the problems here.

Cashier was very rude when i was ordering my food she came up with food in her mouth and as if she was rushing me will definitely not spend my money at this establishment again did not catch her name but she made my visit very unpleasant

Worst customer service ever! I placed my order online for pick up. After I got home, I was surprised to find my order missing the fries as well as the chicken tasting very. Don’t waste your money ordering there!
