Ordered a two-piece meal today and chicken nuggets. Unlike McDonald’s nuggets, KFC nuggets were made from real chicken. They were hot, tasty, and worth the price. I, however, ordered the two-piece meal. The cole slaw was fresh tasting, and the biscuit was very good. No honey packets for the biscuit. The two-piece chicken part of the meal was so greasey that it overpowered the chicken. The chicken was horrible.

I ordered in the drive-through, chicken was so oily and you can see the oil setting in the bottom of the box coleslaw sauce was allover the bag because the lid wasn’t completely closed and no spoon for the coleslaw on top of that no napkins either and I discovered all that mess after I drove out because I assume that they know what they are doing but I guess not

Got to the restaurant, waited about 7 minutes till one of the employees decided to show up, they treated me like i was bothering them, finally ordered…The staff is very young, it seemed like they did not care at all about my order, i heard them talking in the back, cursing a lot. When i got my order they just dropped it in the balcony and left, didn’t ask if i wanted condiments or anything. I had to wait another 2 minutes to get their attention.

Wanted a Chicken sandwich but didnt want to drive 10 more minutes to popeyes on PCH. Figured they both are the same and will be good. BOY WAS I WRONG. You can tell first off that the person serving me just threw the mayo on the back end of the sandwitch with 3 sadly placed pickles and an old soft peice of chicken that was not even fresh. I will NEVER go to KFC again. POPEYES is where its at if you want Quality chicken and some Class from the Servers

My order is always correct but… there is always a sign at the door saying they open at 11 a.m. or 11:30 am. When you walk in the food is not ready and you need to wait more. The employees are very nice. I just wish I wouldn’t have to wonder what time to arrive. I need my order at 11 to bring mom her lunch.

I don’t see the reason for so many NEGATIVE reviews for this location so I decided to visit the place. I’m a Doctor from the nearby hospital so I walked over and I was greeted by a nice Chica at the counter. She was polite and quickly took my order. While I was waiting, I looked around the lobby. It was still early in the morning when they just opened up. The place looked clean and everything was neatly in it’s place. I noticed that the Mexican ladies working in the food prep area were efficiently putting together my order. In about 5 minutes my order was done. The Chica gave me my bag and she said “Thank you”.

I’ve come here twice and both times the staff is fooling around cussing where customers can hear them and not getting orders right. I understand there may be a shortage of people that want to work at a KFC but these are bottom of the barrel employees.

Drive thru had us waiting in drive through @10:49 am until 10 57am before they took are order. No cars in front of us or inback of us. Then when we got are food the manager was rushing us. We had to ask her for everything that should of been given . The food pot pie flavor the best I ever had. I taste sage in the pot pie. It was not over the top salty. Good work on the pot pie that’s all I had. Torrance KFC thank you for Great pot pie
