The food was horrible. I’ve been throwing up all NIGHT. I saw a homeless walk in before me and go in the trash can and get a cup out and fill up his cup with soda. Something told me to walk away. Do NOT get the extra crispy chicken I found out I had food poisoning. The only thing I ate that day. NEVER will I EVER eat KFC AGAIN!!!!

First of all the girl taking the orders needs to focus on the order I had to repeat myself like 3 times cuz she wasn’t paying attention she was more concerned on what was going on in the kitchen. 15 minutes when by and I’m like my order is for today! she then was like there’s a 8 piece pending, i’m like look at my receipt I paid for a 12 piece then she tells some other lady that you gave the 12 pc. To the one who order the 8 pc. Bla bla bla had to way another 5 minutes for my order when I finally got it I had to make sure everything was there cuz you can’t trust these employees. I don’t even like the food but since we had visitors they wanted kfc. Don’t blame COVID for this one these people need to be more organized they are just there for 8 hours.

I like KFC and my friend loves it so we always get it but EVERY time we order online they don’t give us the sauces. The kicker is that they ALWAYS charge you for it still. 50 cents for sauce isn’t too much but when your friend is a ranch addict and she gets like 30 it adds up. So I still get charged extra even though when the food comes there’s no sauce to be found.
