Was due at 4:43 got there at 4:50. Went through drive through and was told to go to the fast pickup in the front. After waiting for five minutes I got out and was going in when an employee came out with a bag. I was told it was not for me, they hadn’t started mine. After several minutes more it came out. This is very typical of this particular franchise operation.

This place is disgusting. They rebranded. No wedges anymore. The chicken bent like plastic and oil oozed out. The gravy is def. not the same.m and the coleslaw is sweet now. Rasing canes charges the same price and they use good chicken.

I was the only person in line. I saw a few people inside eating. At least 7 employees and I waited almost 20 mins for 3 piece chicken tender meal. They ask me to move to wait for my meal around the corner. I said why no one is behind me. Then a snotty girl came up and said to move. I did and waited ten more mins. Nothing so I drove through drive through again and no one was in Line now they were waiting for fry’s. I just got my money back. I feel sorry for the owner he needs to see why people don’t go there.
