The guy at the window was awesome but the food was awful. The chicken was old, the tenders were stringy, the biscuits were hard and dry, there wasn’t enough gravy on the mash. The tea was good. Bit honestly ill never eat at this location again. Maybe they don’t get enough business because they’re surrounded by other food like taco bell pizza hut ihop Dennys and a ton of others but if that’s the case they should definitely cook to order. People would rather wait for fresh than eat trash.

Staff was super friendly they were having a bad day. Some of the machines were down and they were waiting on repair men. They were out of couple things. Yet they were Still smiling and super apologetic. Unfortunately there were several people in front me that just didn’t understand that and were rude. So I wanted to make sure you guys got 5star and to keep up the hard work.

Haven’t been here in a while. Drive thru worker was not friendly at all. Was told to drive around to wait for my food. Expected it to be hot, nope. Did not taste fresh, not the chicken sandwhich nor the fries. So chewy I had to soften by using my drink. Ended up not finishing any of it. I hope I don’t end up sick.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! Ordered through the app arrived at store an hour before close I arrived at 9 they close at 10pm. They informed me they didn’t have the original chicken to fulfill my order. The GM Dylan offered to do half original and half crispy. I declined I just wanted the original. I told the GM no worries just give me a refund and I’m good. The GM told me he couldn’t cancel my order and that he didn’t have access. Now I’m feeling uncomfortable cause I’m being put in an awful position by a business. After asking about a way to escalate he told me that he wasn’t allowed give out the District Managers number or even the number to their franchise office. He then pointed me to the back of my receipt which has an 800 number to call and receive my refund. First time I’ve ever been to a fast food place and felt like they were robbing me. Dylan did nothing to help the situation or make it better in any way. I could even tell his staff was troubled by the way he handled that situation. Called the number it it doesn’t work and there’s no place to leave a complaint online, also looked around the store for any place requesting feedback to get any number but there are no such posters in the store probably cause all they get is complaints. so here I am just warning people about how scummy this place is. This is the location by sunset station warm springs in Henderson. Do yourself a favor and pass.

Tried numerous times to order online but the website was not working and has not been working for quite sometime. They advertise eight pieces of chicken for ten dollars. Went into the store and the manager said that we have to order online. I informed her of the issue and she stated “it’s not my problem” not a good experience.

Service sucks. Workers aren’t pleasant. Drive through lane is ridiculous and like a go cart track (big vehicle should avoid). Make sure you repeat your order 50 times, ask for your total, and ask for a receipt because they don’t give it to you. Needed to request a new lid for one of the drinks because it was smashed onto the top. Definitely reminded me why we don’t eat at KFC.

KFC is a chicken restaurant well known for their famous chicken recipe. This location was very dirty inside. The cashier was dirty as well with hair covering his eyes with no hair net and grease stains on his shirt. He was friendly, repeated the order correctly, and took our payment.
